I shoot film because each frame feels more deliberate. You notice the light differently when you cannot take hundreds of versions and decide later. You ask whether the moment is worth one of the frames left, and that question changes how you look.
I also like how film handles colour, grain, and small imperfections. It is not always accurate, but it often feels closer to how I remember a place.
